Throughout nature, sacred geometric patterns appear everywhere, from the spirals of galaxies and seashells to the symmetry of flowers, the rhythm of our breath, and the intelligence woven into our own bodies. These timeless patterns remind us that life is inherently relational.

In this experiential workshop, we will explore sacred geometry not as an abstract concept, but as a living language that can be felt, embodied, and shared. Through movement, breath, somatic practices, drawing, and intersubjective partner experiences, we will discover how these patterns can help us deepen presence, regulate the nervous system, and awaken a greater sense of collective awareness.
